Lisa Manoban Bio

Lalisa Manoban professionally known as, Lisa, is a Thai rapper, singer, dancer, and model, predominantly based in South Korea. She is one of the youngest members of BLACKPINK. She began her career in 2010, at the age of 13 years old, by winning a successful audition to the YG Entertainment Competition, and soon was offered by Yang Hyun-suk to become a YG Entertainment trainee, to which Lisa agreed. Later, in 2011, moving to South Korea she began her formal training in performing for her K-pop Idol career, which lasted five years. During this time, she was also a member of a dance group named We Zaa Cool along with fellow Thai K-pop Idol trainees, Bambam and Ten.

Lisa was listed in the 15th spot on the ‘100 Most Beautiful Faces’, in 2017. She has also won the ‘Person of the Year’ award in ‘The Standard Award ceremony’ in 2018 and 2019. She was also nominated for the ‘Social Superstar’ in the ‘Sanook X Joox Thailand Music Award’ in 2020.

On April 18, 2021, Harper’s Bazaar Thailand Instagram account stated that Lisa’s solo is set to be released in June, where further, no official statements were made. On May 19, 2021, DJ Snake released a teaser on his Instagram story that he will be collaborating with Lisa. Lisa also confirmed through Vogue Korea that her solo album will be released in the near future.
