Nevin Harrison Bio

Nevin Harrison is an American athlete- a sprint canoeist. She is best known for winning silver in C-1 1000m, gold in 500m, and gold in 200m in the 2002 age group. She began her canoeing journey at the age of 12 with the Seattle Canoe and Kayak Club. She made her canoeing debut by competing and by joining the USA team at the age of 15, by competing at the 2017 ICF Olympic Hopes Regatta in Račice, Czech Republic. 

Nevin is also the youngest woman to win Olympic gold in a canoe or kayak event. She has come a long way at a young age and is not looking back. She is a perfect example of a strong and independent woman.
